Watchlist in Visualizer Improvements

Replace default view and just show SPY by default

Allow collapse of the watchlist when the user clicks on the arrow again. Now the user needs to expand another list to collapse the current

Replace the "+" with a "Create new" button

Add a "+" at the end of each watchlist (before the the ^) and would bring up the "Edit Watchlist" modal

Add Recent and Popular sections of before the watchlist

Can we show the last viewed ticker by default (unless there is no last viewed ticker in which case show SPY)

Currently viewed ticker should be highlighted in the watchlist
