The RSI indicator not working properly in the RSI tab

The RSI indicator (for me) in orange only shows the last number (current day) and I can't mouse over the chart and see past values. If I have MSRI on, then RSI won't even show up until I reload the page. Felix sent an RSI tutorial - maybe using an earlier version of TV and there the user was able to mouse over the RSI graph and the RSI figure would change allowing for back testing against the stock chart. Does the same in both Safari and Chrome browsers.
