RH Side Icons

Could the icons on the right hand side please be a little lighter when in dark mode. I find it hard to see them. Maybe add some colour to them? Not solid colour but more pastel shades?

Also when hovering over the icons on the right hand side can the description of it please be shown?

Also the ability to order them vertically, and the ability to hide unwanted icons.
