Price alerts for "after close" not triggering

I was glad to see the closing price toggle for alerts as it is one of my primary indicators for opening trades. However, even though several of my alerts should have triggered over the past week, or so, none of them have. Nothing appears in “History”, and I’ve not received any email nor mobile app alerts.
