Navigation enhancement for Alarms and Drawing tools

It would be wonderful to two finger tap (right mouse click) on the chart and have an alarm option appear for the price that the user is hovering on. It would make navigation much easier and quicker for the user.

perhaps the 'alarm' and 'drawing tools' interactions could both be engaged that way?would save some unnecessary movements with the mouse or trackpad
