Internal Server Error

Hello, I’m new to tradevision, but have followed Felix & Friends for nearly a year now. After watching the Masterclass-GetFree i’ve decided to use tradevision for my investments along with supporting the technical. However… 3 days into my trial and cannot access Visulizer due to an (internal server error). I have written in the chat (bottom right) but no response. Could somebody help me so i can get up and runnning
