The heatmap color encoding is excellent, but company logos with strong brand colors compete visually with the heat shading. A green logo inside a red cell creates a conflicting signal that the eye has to resolve before reading the data.
Switching logos to grayscale (or offering it as a toggle) would let the heatmap coloring hit immediately without visual noise. The logos stay recognizable by shape. The color channel belongs entirely to the data.
