Bullish sectors/industries indicator tab

Felix alway says that if you want to find opportunities, check the sectors which are bullish. However, which sectors are actually bullish? As far as I know, there is no easy, reliable and fast way of checking that. 

This is why I would like to suggest a new tab which would show bullish sectors. This could be focused on 74 industries in accordance with GICS classification (wiki link below). The bullish indicator itself could be based on the ETF performance representing particular industries. Altogether it would allow for an easy, at glance view of the market, making finding new investment easier.

A possible extension of this idea would be an option to see a list of all the stocks in a particular industry after clicking on it. Then one can just click on them and check the charts.
