Add IV% to alerts

Please consider adding IV% (Implied Volatility percentile/percentage) to the alerts system. This would be a great way to track when options on a specific stock are becoming relatively cheap.

For instance, Microsoft (MSFT) is currently hovering around its 200-week moving average, making it a great candidate for a LEAP option. However, with its IV% currently at 98.94%, the premiums are way too expensive. It would be incredibly useful to be able to set up an alert that notifies me when the IV% drops below a specific threshold—for example, when it falls below 50.
